Terms of Service — Prime Tempr

1. About Prime Tempr

Prime Tempr provides business software for independent yoga and wellness teachers and studios, including scheduling, bookings, clients and payment records. Public profiles, discovery and educational guides support that service.

Prime Tempr is currently operated by Praveer Sharma as a sole proprietor pending business incorporation. These Terms may be assigned to a successor entity when the business incorporates.

2. Current service boundary

Browsing and creating or claiming a public profile are free. Pro and Growth offer an optional 14-day trial without a card. The trial does not automatically create a paid subscription. Your Free profile and saved records remain after trial access ends; plan features depend on your active access.

Where paid checkout is available, Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for Prime Tempr software subscriptions. You must explicitly complete checkout; prices, applicable taxes and renewal schedules are shown before payment. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Use Manage billing to cancel renewal; confirmed cancellation preserves access through the current paid period.

Fees are generally non-refundable for change of mind or unused time, subject to applicable law and Dodo Payments’ buyer terms. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for exceptions, billing-error support and cancellation request timing. Test checkout and stored payment credentials do not mean public paid checkout is enabled.

Student payments to businesses remain separate. Prime Tempr does not currently enable general marketplace collection or provider payouts.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for protecting your authentication methods and for activity under your account. Browsing public information does not require an account.

4. Independent providers

Professionals and businesses listed on Prime Tempr are independent providers, not employees or agents of Prime Tempr. They are responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, licensing, insurance, availability, delivery, pricing, and external payment terms of their services.

A profile's review or verification state describes checks Prime Tempr has actually completed; it is not a medical, professional, or outcome guarantee.

5. Enquiries, bookings, and external payments

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when the booking flow or provider gives clear confirmation. Payments arranged directly with a provider are governed by that provider's terms and applicable law. Prime Tempr cannot issue a refund for money it did not collect.

6. Provider content and intellectual property

Providers retain ownership of content and business information they submit. They grant Prime Tempr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote that material through the service while it is active, plus a reasonable period needed for backups, legal obligations, and orderly removal.

Prime Tempr's name, marks, software, and original editorial work remain owned by Prime Tempr or its licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material.
• Impersonate another person or claim a business you do not control.
• Harass users or providers, submit abusive requests, or bypass safety controls.
• Scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or access the service at scale without written permission.
• Use Prime Tempr to make unsupported medical claims or provide illegal or unsafe services.

Prime Tempr may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, providers, the platform, or legal compliance.

8. Wellness information

Prime Tempr provides discovery and operational tools, not medical diagnosis or emergency services. Public content is informational and cannot replace advice from an appropriately qualified clinician. Seek local emergency help for urgent medical or safety concerns.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

10. Availability and changes

Prime Tempr may change, pause, or retire features and may use capability gates by account, country, or environment. We aim to communicate material changes, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Tempr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific limits for paid services will be disclosed before those services are activated.

12. Governing law

During the pre-incorporation period, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights in your place of residence. After incorporation, the governing entity and forum may be updated with notice.
