These terms cover your use of Prime Tempr. Teachers and studios provide their own services and set their own booking terms.
About Prime Tempr
Prime Tempr provides scheduling, bookings, client management and payment records for independent teachers and studios. Public profiles, discovery and educational guides support that service.
Prime Tempr is operated by Praveer Sharma as a sole proprietor, pending incorporation. These terms may be assigned to the successor business when it incorporates.
Free and paid plans
Browsing and creating or claiming a public profile are free. An optional 14-day trial needs no card and does not start a paid subscription. When trial access ends, your free profile and saved records remain. Features depend on your active plan.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for software subscriptions. You choose a plan and complete checkout before paying. The price, tax and renewal schedule are shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Use Manage billing in your workspace to cancel renewal. Once confirmed, access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are generally non-refundable for change of mind or unused time, subject to applicable law and Dodo Payments’ buyer terms. See Refunds & cancellation.
Student payments are separate. Students pay the business using its payment link or instructions. Prime Tempr records payment reports and confirmations; it does not hold these funds or make provider payouts. Stripe Connect is currently limited to sandbox testing with no real money.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and take responsibility for activity under your account. You can browse public information without an account.
Independent teachers and studios
Providers are independent businesses, not Prime Tempr employees or agents. They are responsible for their information, qualifications, licences, insurance, prices, availability, safety and service delivery.
A review or verification badge describes checks we have completed. It does not guarantee professional quality, medical suitability or results.
Bookings and payments to a provider
Reporting a payment does not confirm that it was received. The business checks payments made through its own methods. A booking cancellation and a payment refund are separate actions.
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Wait for confirmation from the booking flow or provider. Payments made directly to a provider follow that provider’s terms and applicable law. Prime Tempr cannot refund money it did not collect.
Content and ownership
Providers keep ownership of the material they submit. They grant Prime Tempr a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and promote it through the service while it is active, plus a reasonable period for backups, legal obligations and removal.
Prime Tempr’s name, branding, software and original editorial work belong to Prime Tempr or its licensors. Use them only as permitted by these terms and applicable law.
Using the service responsibly
Do not:
- Post unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing material.
- Impersonate someone or claim a business you do not control.
- Harass people, send abusive requests or bypass safety controls.
- Scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or access the service at scale without written permission.
- Make unsupported medical claims or offer illegal or unsafe services.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect people, businesses, the platform or legal compliance.
Wellness information
Our guides and tools are informational. They do not provide a medical diagnosis or replace a qualified clinician. For an urgent medical or safety concern, seek local emergency help.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data, and how to exercise your choices.
Service changes and availability
We may change, pause or retire features. Availability can differ by account, country or environment. We aim to communicate material changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Prime Tempr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Specific limits for paid services will be disclosed before activation.
Governing law and updates
Until incorporation, these terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory rights where you live. The governing entity and forum may change after incorporation, with notice.
We will communicate material changes through the service or by email when required.
