Refund Policy — Prime Tempr

Current payment boundary

Prime Tempr does not currently process general storefront or marketplace payments. Browsing and creating or claiming a public profile are free. Student class fees are set by the provider and paid directly to that provider.

Pro has an optional 30-day trial, then US$15/month by enquiry. Growth is US$25/month by enquiry. Signing up or submitting a plan enquiry does not take payment, and the trial does not renew into an automatic charge. We confirm the available features and payment terms before any paid activation.

If you pay a provider directly or through an external service, that provider's refund and cancellation terms apply. Prime Tempr cannot return money it did not collect, but we may help route a support or trust concern.

Future Prime Tempr checkout

Before Prime Tempr activates a paid provider plan or customer checkout, the applicable price, currency, renewal, cancellation, refund window, service-start consent, and provider-of-record details will be shown before payment. Mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's country will apply and cannot be reduced by this policy.

This page will be deliberately updated when a production payment capability is activated. The presence of payment code, test checkout, or provider credentials does not mean checkout is live.
