Privacy Policy — Prime Tempr
Last updated: 2026-09-08 (draft pending counsel review)
1. About this policy
This policy describes how Prime Tempr collects and uses personal data. Prime Tempr is currently operated by Praveer Sharma as a sole proprietor pending business incorporation.
2. Data we collect
Account and identity data
- Email address, name, authentication identifiers, account role, locale, and time zone through our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Provider identity, credentials, business details, public profile information, claim evidence, and review status when you apply, claim, or manage a presence.
Enquiry, booking, and client data
- Contact details and messages submitted to a provider.
- Offering, session, booking, attendance, consent, and communication status.
- Contacts a provider imports or records, including the source and consent state.
Usage and technical data
- Saved items, navigation and interaction events, referral or attribution data, and provider-performance events.
- IP address, user agent, device information, approximate region, security events, application logs, and error reports.
Payment data when commerce is enabled
- Transaction identifiers, amount, currency, tax and refund status, and limited payment metadata received from the payment provider. Prime Tempr does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Legacy data created through dormant wellness or AI experiments may remain in an account until it is deleted under the retention and account controls below. Those dormant features are not part of the current Phase One service.
3. Why we use data
- Operate accounts, public profiles, claims, enquiries, bookings, and provider workspaces.
- Verify ownership, protect trust and safety, prevent abuse, and keep audit logs.
- Deliver requested communications and consented marketing.
- Measure product reliability, discovery quality, and provider outcomes.
- Meet legal, tax, security, and dispute obligations.
Optional browser analytics use Google Analytics, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity after you choose “Allow analytics.” You can change that choice using “Privacy choices” on public pages. Claim requests, ownership decisions, and email-delivery records are stored separately to operate the service, even if you decline optional analytics. Clarity records only selected public discovery screens with text masked and forms excluded. Claim, account, health, payment, and provider-workspace pages are not recorded. We do not run PostHog session recordings alongside Clarity.
When you choose a browsing area, we use it to find relevant professionals and places. “Use current location” requests your browser's permission for a one-time location lookup; we save approximate coordinates rather than a precise location history. Your selected area may be a travel destination, not your home. It is remembered for up to 90 days and saved to your account when signed in. You can update or remove it in Location preferences. Expired areas are not used as current browsing preferences. Local-update interest is optional and does not enable general promotional emails.
Partnership enquiries are stored privately so our team can review the proposal and respond. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or make your business a public partner.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Processors and sharing
We use service providers only for the functions configured for the relevant environment. They may include Vercel for hosting, Neon for database services, Clerk for authentication, Resend for email, Inngest for background jobs, and configured storage, analytics, error-monitoring, payment, or payout providers.
We share an enquiry or booking's necessary details with the provider the person chose. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect people, prevent fraud, or defend legal rights. We do not present a dormant integration as an active processor solely because its adapter exists in code.
5. International transfers
Prime Tempr is designed for global use. Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards available through our providers.
6. Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, an active account or provider relationship, security and audit needs, and applicable legal or tax obligations. Account-deletion workflows remove or anonymize eligible data after the product's disclosed recovery period; legally required records and fraud-prevention evidence may be retained longer.
Providers are responsible for applying appropriate retention to client data they control and for honoring applicable deletion, correction, and consent requests.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing and to withdraw consent. Account and provider tools support several of these actions; you may also contact us. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe route where required.
8. Security
Prime Tempr uses encrypted transport, role-based access, tenant-scoped queries, audit events, secret separation, and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. We will investigate incidents and notify affected people and authorities when applicable law requires it.
9. Children
Prime Tempr accounts and provider services are intended for adults. Do not create an account or submit a minor's personal information without a lawful, product-supported guardian process.
10. Changes and contact
We will post updates here and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Privacy and data requests: [email protected].
